StarCraft released Inkjet Printable Permanent Adhesive Vinyl today! 651 vinyl.com is thrilled to add this new product. WIth Printable Permanent Adhesive Vinyl, you can use the Print then Cut features of your craft die-cutting machines such as Cricut, Silhouette, Brother Scan-n-Cut, US Cutter, and others to print full color designs then cut them out for application. StarCraft Inkjet Printable Permanent Adhesive Vinyl is great for displaying images that require intricate details, full color, shading, etc., that simply cannot be replicated using regular adhesive solid color vinyl. The Printable Vinyl currently comes in a 10 pack of 8.5 x 11 inch sheets. The StarCraft Printable Vinyl has a matte finish. This Printable Vinyl is unique because it has a UV laminate that can be applied to make the decal durable enough for outdoor designs including vehicle decals. The UV laminate comes in a glossy or matte finish.
In order to apply the UV laminate, print the desired design on the printable without the UV laminate. Then cut a piece of UV laminate that will cover the printed design. Apply the UV laminate over the whole design with as few air bubbles as possible using a squeegee. Once the design has the desired laminate over top of it, put the design on a mat and allow the machine to cut the design and laminate simultaneously.
