Please note that Turn Around Time is for print processing time and does not include shipping timeframe. Due to the complexity of Direct to Film Transfers, we will no longer be able to combine orders with Direct to Film Transfers. If other products (Vinyl, HTV, etc.) are on the same order with DTF, all other items will not ship until the DTF print is ready. We apologize for any inconvenience, this is to ensure the smoothest process to ensure all orders are printed effectively and accurately. Thanks for your orders!

Our digital team processes all customer artwork and inspects it for quality. If uploaded artwork is ready to print we will print it according to the TAT listed above. If the artwork needs work we will process it according to the TAT listed above. If you want your artwork to skip the digital inspection process and be printed immediately, please put in your order notes "DO NOT INSPECT" and we will not attempt to fix the artwork. We will still scale the projects to remove white space and fit the canvas size ordered unless you put in the order notes "DO NOT SCALE".

Image Quality Responsibility: By opting out of image inspection, you assume full responsibility for image quality. We cannot offer reprints or reshipments for quality issues with "DO NOT INSPECT" and "DO NOT SCALE" notes.

All orders for custom prints are reviewed by our Digital Team, and enhanced as needed to ensure excellent print quality.
